Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

All products covered by this policy are digital products. No physical item is shipped. After Stripe confirms successful payment, jamestjlee.com creates the purchased entitlement and sends a secure download link to the email address used at checkout.

Download window and limit

A download link is valid for seven days. Each included asset may be downloaded successfully up to five times during that window. The buyer should download promptly and save a local backup. If an eligible purchase still exists, support can issue a replacement link after verifying the order email and order reference.

Music packages

OWN, USD 0.99, includes an MP3 at 320 kbps and approved artwork. COLLECT Collector Edition, USD 9.99, includes FLAC, MP3 at 320 kbps, approved artwork, lyrics, and credits; WAV is not included. Both products are licensed for perpetual personal use only.

License and ownership

Purchased files are DRM-free where the product page says so and are licensed for the buyer’s personal use. Copyright and all other rights remain with the artist or applicable rightsholder. Purchase does not transfer copyright. Files may not be shared, uploaded, redistributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Problems and refund requests

Contact support promptly for a duplicate purchase, missing or incorrect file, corrupted file, or a delivery problem that support cannot resolve. Any statutory rights remain unaffected. Refunds are not instant; when returned funds appear depends on Stripe, the payment method, and the customer’s financial institution.

Access after refunds or disputes

A full refund revokes the entitlement and blocks future downloads. A partial refund currently preserves download access. Files already downloaded cannot be technically recalled. A payment dispute may suspend or revoke access while it is investigated.

Commercial license refunds

Before commercial use begins, an approved full refund may cancel the commercial license and revoke future access. After venue use begins or a Sync project is published, distributed, delivered, or otherwise commercially used, a refund requires manual review. Fraud, chargeback, material breach, or out-of-scope use may end future authorization; this does not rewrite historical facts or make previously lawful use retroactively unlawful.
