Seller and scope

These Terms of Sale apply to digital purchases made through jamestjlee.com, the James TJ Lee official store operated by CLUBHEB HONGKONG LIMITED.

Orders, prices, and payment

Music prices are shown in United States dollars (USD); each Book page states its own currency. Stripe processes payment and may offer payment methods according to the customer’s device, location, and eligibility. An order proceeds to delivery only after payment is confirmed. A failed, expired, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent payment does not create an entitlement or may cause access to be revoked. An obvious pricing or technical error may be corrected before fulfillment, with any collected amount returned through the original payment method where appropriate.

Digital products and delivery

No physical item is shipped. After successful payment, a secure, time-limited download link is sent to the checkout email. The link is valid for seven days and permits up to five successful downloads of each included asset. The buyer should promptly save a local copy and use compatible software.

Book Digital Editions

Each book uses the price and currency displayed on its product page. A Digital Edition includes EPUB and approved cover artwork; PDF is included only when explicitly listed. No physical book is shipped. The license permits personal reading and storage only, does not transfer copyright, and does not permit redistribution, resale, or commercial use. A full refund or payment dispute revokes future download access.

Packages

OWN, USD 0.99, includes an MP3 at 320 kbps and approved artwork. COLLECT Collector Edition, USD 9.99, includes FLAC, MP3 at 320 kbps, approved artwork, lyrics, and credits; WAV is not included. Both products grant perpetual personal use only and do not grant commercial, venue, or synchronization rights.

Commercial usage licenses

PLAY is a USD 99.99 Venue License for one song, one named licensee, one named physical location, and a fixed 12-month term. CREATE is a USD 999.99 Commercial Sync License for one named commercial project, with synchronization and master-use rights worldwide and perpetually for that completed project. Each grant is limited to rights controlled by the licensor, its purchased scope, and the immutable license terms accepted at checkout. Enterprise and broadcast exclusions require a separate written agreement.

Personal-use license and intellectual property

Delivered files are DRM-free where the product page says so. The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private listening and personal storage. It does not grant creator, commercial, synchronization, public-performance, resale, redistribution, or sublicensing rights. Copyright and all other rights remain with the artist or applicable rightsholder. Files may not be shared, uploaded, redistributed, or resold without written permission.

Refunds, disputes, and support

The Refund & Digital Delivery Policy forms part of these terms. A full refund revokes future download access. A partial refund currently preserves access. Files already downloaded cannot be technically recalled. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to a purchase.

Taxes and bank charges

Prices are shown in USD. Any applicable taxes or duties will be handled according to the transaction and applicable requirements. A customer’s bank or payment provider may impose currency-conversion or other fees outside the store’s control.
