Licensor and controlled rights

The licensor is CLUBHEB HONGKONG LIMITED, trading as James TJ Lee / jamestjlee.com. Every license grants only the rights directly controlled by the licensor or identified rightsholder. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

PLAY — Venue License

USD 99.99 per song, named physical location, and fixed 12-month term. It permits unlimited commercial background playback inside that venue during the term. It excludes live performance, DJ, event or wedding use, synchronization, advertising, video, TV, radio, cinema, broadcast, multiple locations, resale, redistribution, and general sublicensing.

PLAY does not guarantee satisfaction of local PRO, collecting-society, neighboring-right, statutory, or venue requirements. The licensee remains responsible for local compliance. There is no subscription or automatic renewal; renewal is a new purchase, term, and certificate.

CREATE — Commercial Sync License

USD 999.99 per song and named commercial project. It grants worldwide, perpetual synchronization and master-use rights for that completed project, including reasonable duration, aspect-ratio, subtitle, language, platform, timing, trim, fade, volume, loop, and cutdown variants. A materially separate campaign or unrelated project needs a new license.

CREATE excludes standalone remix or derivative-song release, sampling into a new musical work, music resale, DSP or stock-library redistribution, general sublicensing, and AI training, dataset, voice, or model use. National/global TV or radio advertising, cinema advertising, major film or streaming series, AAA/game, political, global-brand, blanket, and large-scale sublicensing uses require Enterprise review through james@jamestjlee.com.

Certificate, delivery, and refunds

The immutable paid snapshot records the song, licensee, scope, amount, currency, territory, dates, rights, restrictions, and this version. The certificate is evidence, not an access credential. Before commercial use begins, an approved full refund may cancel the license; after use begins, refund requires manual review. Revocation affects future authorization and does not rewrite lawful historical use.
